Scheduling Policies:

Ensure your spray tan comes out beautiful: Follow these steps for an optimal and lasting Luxe Glo tan.

  • Avoid Products: Deodorant, oils, perfumes, moisturizers, and makeup on the day of your spray tanning appointment.

  • Exfoliate: Ensure thorough exfoliation before your appointment.

  • Nails & Pedicures: Complete 24 hours before your session.

  • Shaving and/or Waxing: Shave 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Sun Exposure: No sunbathing or tanning beds 2-3 days before.

Cancellation Policies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Please note that any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to provide this notice and do not show up, a deposit will be required for future appointments. To ensure the best experience for all clients, a deposit is now required to book an appointment, which will be applied to your service.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a deposit will be required for any future bookings.

Late Cancellations: After three (3) late cancellations, future bookings may be declined. This system ensures fairness and service efficiency. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, this policy aids in schedule management and consideration for others.
